# I live in a building. Will couriers bring the boxes to my unit?

> UPS typically will not bring packages inside your unit Instead they will leave the boxes at the building entrance or lobby

If you live in a condo or apartment building, packages are generally not delivered directly to your unit. In most cases, carriers will leave deliveries at the building entrance, lobby, or another designated area.

If you’re not home, your package may be left in a secure location or with building staff, depending on your building’s setup.
