Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the structural integrity of the SmartFoam and fabric for **three (3) years** from the date of delivery. 

Specifically, we cover:

*   **Structural defects** in the SmartFoam, such as expansion irregularities or collapse not resulting from misuse or abuse.
    
*   **Manufacturing defects** in stitching, including loose, defective, or unraveling seams.
    
*   **Manufacturer defects** in zippers or integrated closures.
    

For SmartFoam-related issues beyond this timeframe, replacement parts are available at **50% of the retail value**.

**Note:** While our products are designed to be highly resilient, certain damages are not covered. See FAQ "What is excluded from warranty coverage?" for further details.
