We offer a 100-day return window from the date you receive your item, with a $99 return fee. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase. 

If you’d like to start a return, just reach out to us at [hello@rovelab.com](mailto:hello@rovelab.com) with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once your return is arranged, the carrier will handle repackaging during collection, so there’s no need to fit the item back into its original packaging. From pickup to processing, returns typically take 1–2 weeks.
