What does the warranty cover?Updated 9 days ago

From Performance Weave, our awesome fabric, to our one and only SmartFoam. Any manufacturing defects will be fixed or replaced.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the structural integrity of the SmartFoam and Performance Weave fabric for three (3) years from the date of delivery with a free replacement.

Specifically, we cover:

• Structural defects in the SmartFoam, such as expansion irregularities or collapse not resulting from misuse or abuse.

• Manufacturing defects in stitching, including loose, defective, or unraveling seams.

• Manufacturer defects in zippers or integrated closures.

Our Performance Weave fabric is engineered to resist spills and stains with Oeko-Tex certified, hydrophobic treatment, boasts a 50,000 double rub count, and is made of 100% polyester for long-lasting durability. While highly resilient, certain damages are not covered under warranty.

For a SmartFoam warranty beyond 3 years, we will only charge replacement costs equal to 50% of the retail value. This helps cover the cost of shipping and handling so you get a brand new sofa for only the replacement cost.
