What does the warranty cover?
From Performance Weave, our awesome fabric, to our one and only SmartFoam. Any manufacturing defects will be fixed or replaced. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the structural integrity of the SmartFoam and Performance Weave fabric for three (3)
How do I file a warranty claim?
You can start the warranty claim process by emailing us at hello@rovelab. Please make sure to add a photo or a video of the reason for the claim; this way, our team can process your request even faster.
